Celebrating National Day of Conservation of Forests (India) at Santhi School
Today, Santhi School proudly observes the National Day of Conservation of Forests (India) with a strong focus on environmental awareness and responsibility. The students of Santhi School actively participate in a tree plantation drive on the school campus, planting saplings under the guidance of the teachers and principal of Santhi School. Along with this activity, students engage in a seminar where they learn about the importance of forests in maintaining ecological balance, preventing climate change, and supporting wildlife. This initiative encourages the students of Santhi School to take a pledge to protect nature and promote green habits in their daily lives.
To make the day more meaningful, Santhi School also organizes a poster-making competition and a short skit on forest conservation to inspire creativity and teamwork among the students. These activities help develop a sense of unity, awareness, and responsibility while promoting the value of preserving natural resources for future generations. Through this celebration, Santhi School reinforces its commitment to education and environmental stewardship, empowering students to become active guardians of the planet.
